I’m still thinking about my post from the other day “No sun= No global warming.” The positive spin of the article was that important scientists are trying to come up with creative ways to save our planet. I can appreciate that, but is it possible we’ve zoomed past the obvious? Fossil fuels release carbon dioxide, which causes greenhouse effects and global warming. Plants use carbon dioxide and give off oxygen. Maybe we need to make a dual effort to stop relying on fossil fuels at the same time as planting more trees, shrubs, native grasses and other plant materials. We’ve paved so much of this landscape, but it isn’t too late change that.
